District 8 Spring Conference   The District 8 Spring Conference is May 9 and 10 at the Holiday Inn Select in St. Peters/St. Charles. This event features keynote presentations, educational sessions, the International Speech Contest, the Evaluation Contest, great meals and the chance to talk with Toastmasters from District 8. Spring Contests  Congratulations to the winners of the Area 19 International Speech and Evaluators Contests. Bernadine Chapman (Voices in Unity Club 1291), gave a moving speech in the International Speech Contest and was awarded 1st Place. Lisa Vaughn (Voices in Unity Club 1291) took 1st place in the Evaluation Contest and Mary Larner (Rent-A-Toast Club 8399) took 2nd place. View photos
