Spring Contests Congratulations to all the contestants and many thanks to all the functionaries. International Speech Contest: Jeannine Lamb (1st place), Pamela Hieger (2nd place) and Jerry Chapman (3rd place). Evaluation Contest: Jerry Chapman (1st place) and George Cunningham (2nd place). Contest Master Jane Bidleman and Chief Judge Max Kaiser ran a lively and effective contest. Robin Anderson, Area Governor, was in attendance and provided information on the upcoming Area Contest: March 30. Plan to attend and support Jeannine and Jerry at the next contest level.
