Explanation of Fees

Toastmasters International Dues:

This fee of $4.50/month (payable semi-annually) covers the cost of the monthly Toastmaster's magazine and Toastmasters International's operating costs. Semi-annual dues are payable by April 1 (for period April 1 through September 30) and October 1 (for period October 1 through March 31) and are pro-rated for new members joining during other months.

Toastmasters International New Member Fee:

This one-time fee of $20.00 covers the cost of the New Member Kit which contains the Communication and Leadership manuals and a variety of other booklets and information.

Club Dues and Club New Member Fees:

These fees cover the club's operating costs. Operating costs may include name tags, club manuals, contest materials and awards, membership and achievement pins, fees for meeting space, and other expenses as determined by the approved club budget. The amount of monthly club dues (payable semi-annually with T.I. dues) and the new member fee varies from club to club. Please contact an individual club regarding specific amount(s).
